Position Summary

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for leading the organization’s overall strategic direction, operational performance, and financial success. The CEO works closely with the Board of Directors and executive leadership team to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

This role requires a visionary leader capable of translating strategy into execution while fostering a high-performance culture. The CEO ensures the organization achieves its revenue, profitability, and market expansion goals while maintaining strong governance, ethical standards, and stakeholder trust.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company’s long-term vision, strategy, and growth initiatives.
  • Lead strategic planning efforts aligned with market opportunities and organizational capabilities.
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and innovation opportunities that drive sustainable growth.
  • Ensure alignment of organizational priorities with strategic objectives.

Financial Performance & Business Growth

  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term shareholder value.
  • Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Ensure financial discipline to achieve EBITDA targets and margin improvements.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Operational Leadership

  • Ensure operational efficiency across all business functions.
  • Build scalable processes, systems, and organizational capabilities to support growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Executive Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing executive leadership team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Ensure leadership development and succession planning for key roles.
  • Promote transparency and strong communication across the organization.

Board & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary liaison between management and the Board of Directors.
  • Provide regular updates to the board on company performance, risks, and strategic initiatives.
  • Represent the organization with investors, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and the broader industry community.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior executive roles.
  • Proven track record of leading organizations through growth and transformation.
  • Experience driving revenue growth, operational scale, and financial performance.
  • Demonstrated success working with Boards of Directors and executive leadership teams.
  • Experience managing complex organizations and cross-functional teams.
