NDRC & Affiliates is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized coordinator to support the Chief Operating Officer and take charge of various essential tasks across the organization. Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating meetings seamlessly, from handling travel arrangements to managing attendees and preparing materials – all with your keen eye for detail
  • Providing invaluable support to our Chief Operating Officer, tracking invoices, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring our office runs like a well-oiled machine
  • Creating efficient workflow systems to streamline inter-department communication, leaving no room for confusion
  • Assisting the fundraising department with their operational needs, helping us secure the resources we need to achieve our mission
  • Taking ownership of the general administration of our physical office, as well as catering to the requirements of our remote teams
  • Liaising with NDRC’s IT/Tech consultants and our staff, ensuring our equipment and security systems are serving our needs
  • Other duties as needed

Other Info: 

  • This position is tasked with managing the organization’s physical DC office and is therefore based in Washington, DC 
  • Some national travel and attendance at All Staff Retreats is also expected
  • Salary for this position is $52,500
  • Benefits include paid time off, immediate access to the organization’s 401(k) program with a 4% match, health care, dental and vision coverage, along with a stipend for cell phone use
  • Interviews will happen on a rolling basis with preferred start date of October 2, 2023
