Responsibilities

·        Engage with our valued regular and potential clients to explore new and expanded business opportunities. Collaborate with existing clients to assess their needs and promote enhanced services that can drive their success.

·        Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess market needs.

·        Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on new opportunities for growth.

·        Identify and follow-up on sales prospects through market research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.

·        Establish and nurture strong relationships with hospital/pharmacy/lab owners, managers, and decision-makers to understand their needs and present tailored delivery solutions

·        Provide consultative support to hospitals/pharmacies/labs, addressing their specific challenges within logistics and delivery. Propose customized solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.

·        Prepare compelling proposals and bids to effectively achieve sales success and grants.

·        Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and sales contracts tailored to the specific needs of clients.

·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management to ensure client satisfaction and seamless delivery services.

·        Strategically plan and organize a daily work schedule that allows for effective outreach to both existing and potential customers, ensuring no opportunity is missed.

·        Ensure management stays informed by delivering comprehensive activity and results reports, such as daily call summaries, weekly work strategies, and consistent territory assessments.

·        Enhance our online presence by creating engaging content and regularly updating our social media platforms, including the company website.

·        Stay ahead of the competition by actively gathering the latest marketplace insights on their pricing strategies and services.

·        Propose strategic enhancements to services and pricing by thoroughly evaluating performance outcomes and monitoring competitive advancements.

·        Effectively resolves customer complaints by thoroughly investigating issues and crafting tailored solutions.

·        Maintain professional and technical knowledge of the medical transportation industry.

·        Train and onboard new medical couriers

·        Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

·        Promote culture of safety and implement all required safety policies and procedures.

·        Provide accurate forecast / backlog reports across client portfolio. Prepare a variety of client delivery reports, status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. And other ad hoc reports as needed.

 

 

Qualifications

·        Proven experience and success in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare or logistics sector.

·        Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related work experience.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Strong knowledge of hospital and pharmaceutical distribution, pharmacy operations, and the medical courier industry is highly desirable.

·        Experience in business development and territory management.

·        Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

·        Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

·        Ability to conduct work independently as well as in a team environment.

·        A proactive approach to problem solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.

Job Type: On-site and Full-time (contract to hire)

Work Location: Main office and client locations

Compensation: From $50,000 plus uncapped commissions annually

Work Schedule
