A Day in the Life
As a Pediatric Dental Assistant, you’ll be essential in delivering high-quality patient experiences in a fun, fast-paced environment. Daily responsibilities include:
· Arrive at 7:30 a.m. for a morning huddle and prepare to welcome patients.
· Escort patients and families, update medical history, take x-rays, and guide them through each step of their appointment.
· Keep accurate records, enter treatment plans and clinical notes, and schedule follow-up appointments.
· Ensure operatories are clean, stocked, and ready for each patient, and maintain cleanliness in all office areas.
· Support dentists and hygienists chairside, promoting same-day treatments and effective communication of pre/post-op instructions.
· Serve 50-70 patients daily with a team of 6-10, contributing to inventory management and enhancing patient care skills.

· You’re motivated to grow, eager to learn, and enjoy working as part of a team
· You have a current RDA license
· You have previous pediatric dental and/or orthodontic experience (preferred but not required)
· You have Nitrous Oxide and Coronal Polishing Certifications (preferred but not required)
· You can commit to Monday–Thursday with half-day Fridays, plus occasional Saturdays (twice per month)
· You can work at the Sugar Land location
