Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and approachable manner
• Provide product knowledge and styling recommendations to drive sales
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management
• Support store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and returns with a positive attitude
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
