Hybrid Social Media / Front Desk Specialist


Job Type: Part-Time

Pay Range: $15 to $22 per hour


Job Overview:

Are you passionate about social media and customer service? NappStar DMV is seeking a creative and talented Hybrid Social Media / Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing and creating engaging content for our salon's social media platforms while also assisting the salon team with front desk duties.


Key Responsibilities:

- Create, shoot & post content on social media platforms

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

- Monitor & report social media analytics on key metrics

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing content

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

- Check in/out clients at the front desk

- Assist with salon flow by spinning cycles as needed

-Submit Open / Close shift forms


Applicant Requirements:

- Proven experience managing social media accounts

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in social media analytics tools

- Knowledge of beauty industry trends is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Background in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
