NappStar ATL Salon Manager Atlanta, GA · Part time

NappStar is looking for a Part Time Salon Manager to join our NappStar ATL team who has availability to work Friday & Saturdays. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company and be a part of our amazing team.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform salon services & consultations when needed
  • Oversee daily salon operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure salon meets all health and safety standards.
  • Train salon staff on hygiene, proper use of equipment, services their initial onboarding..
  • Oversee salon sales process (buying products, inventory management, ordering supplies, etc.).
  • Oversee scheduling of clients, as well as managing the client experience.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting salon environment.
  • Respond to client concerns or requests in a timely, professional manner.
  • Respond to client complaints / redos in a timely, professional manner.
  • Respond to client requests in a timely, professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Ensure team members are in uniform standards
  • Check stylist open / close forms per shift
  • Hiring / Firing
  • Team Member Schedule
  • Team member Discipline
  • Monthly Check Ins
  • Recruiting as needed
  • Communicate with Social Media Team when a stylist is ready to be on camera
  • Quarterly check ins for uniforms, capes
  • Update for CEO’s
  • Clients
  • Client complaints
  • Ban clients - add notes when banning

Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of Management experience (salon owner or manager), or 5+ years experience as a Stylist.
  • Proven sales experience ( Salon Manager).
  • Experience in the beauty industry is preferred but not required! We will train you to be successful in your new role with NappStar!


$27 - $32 per hour
