Job Overview: Nameless CPG is an established Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company based in Austin, TX, known for creating clean, intentionally crafted products such as Ladybird Coffee Bombs and Everly Drink Mix. We prioritize both the health of our consumers and the well-being of our team members. We're currently seeking a Manufacturing and 3PL Fulfillment Specialist to support our production and logistics operations.


This role involves a combination of light manual labor, such as operating filling machines, preparing products for shipment, gathering materials from the warehouse, and managing inventory. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with packaging, production, and fulfillment, ensuring that our products are shipped safely and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manufacturing Support:
  • Assist in food and product preparation following established recipes and procedures.
  • Operate light machinery for filling and packaging products.
  • Support production by mixing, labeling, and packaging products.
  • Fulfillment Operations:
  • Collect, pack, and label products for shipment, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with 3PL partners to streamline order processing and shipping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Track and take inventory of products and materials in the warehouse.
  • Organize inventory to ensure efficient production and shipping.
  • Communicate with team members about inventory needs and restocking.
  • Safety & Compliance:
  • Adhere to FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and other relevant industry practices.
  • Follow proper food safety and handling procedures to ensure the highest product quality.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, or the food industry is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform light manual labor for 6-8 hours daily, including standing for long periods and lifting boxes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic math skills for inventory and recipe measurements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
  • Food Handler Certification is required (or ability to obtain upon hiring).


Salary

$18 - $22 per hour
