Physical Therapist - Orthopedics and Pelvic Health
N2 Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our Uptown Denver location. We're looking for a clinician who enjoys orthopedic care and has a genuine interest in treating pelvic health patients.
Prior pelvic health experience is welcome, but it is not required. If pelvic health is where you want your career to go, we provide individualized, paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you develop those skills. Experienced clinicians and motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
At N2, we believe great clinicians need support not micromanagement. New providers are given the option for longer appointment times, extensive training, paid documentation time, and weekly mentorship as they build their skills and caseload. As you grow, you have the autonomy to determine how to best manage your schedule and patient care.
Our pelvic health practice treats all bodies and a wide range of diagnoses, including men, women, trans and non-binary patients; pregnant, postpartum and never-pregnant patients. We believe pelvic health care should be accessible to everyone who needs it.
Starting base salary $83,000 - $87,000, depending on experience, plus productivity-based bonus opportunities of up to $20,000 annually, paid throughout the year as productivity is achieved each pay period.
Your base salary is a true guaranteed salary. It does not decrease because a patient cancels or doesn't show. You're paid for your time and expertise.
For clinicians with 5+ years of experience who are interested in leadership, mentoring, or teaching, higher compensation and bonus potential may be negotiable.
Whether you're already treating pelvic health patients or want to develop that specialty, you won't be expected to figure it out on your own.
N2 provides extensive paid onboarding and ongoing clinical education during the workweek. Our in-house training programs meet COAPTA criteria toward Colorado license renewal, and N2 operates an ABPTRFE-accredited residency program.
Our clinicians receive one hour of paid mentoring and team development each week, with additional individualized training based on experience and career goals.
For clinicians interested in growing beyond patient care, N2 also offers pathways into mentoring, teaching, leadership, and long-term ownership opportunities, including phantom equity for qualifying providers who grow with the company.
You set your planned schedule based on clinic needs and flexible appointment times. Working outside of your planned schedule is neither expected nor encouraged.
Our administrative and billing teams handle insurance billing and much of the administrative workload so our physical therapists can focus on patient care.
N2 is in-network with major insurance plans, helping support a consistent caseload without requiring clinicians to build a private-pay practice from scratch.
You may be a great fit if you:
You do not need prior pelvic health experience to apply.
What matters is a genuine desire to develop expertise in pelvic health and provide this type of care.
If you're looking for an outpatient PT position where you can build a specialty, receive meaningful mentorship, treat patients one-on-one, and have room to grow your career, we'd love to hear from you.
