Job Description:

As a Sales Associate at Xcluziv Fashion Boutique, you will play a key role in providing personalized service to our clientele and contributing to the overall success of our boutique. You will work closely with our team to uphold the Xcluziv brand image and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations based on customer preferences and current trends.
3. Assist customers with finding the perfect outfit or accessories for special occasions or everyday wear.
4. Perform accurate and efficient transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and keeping displays visually appealing.
6. Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and special events to effectively communicate product information to customers.
7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
9. Actively participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by Xcluziv.
10. Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer service, sales, and store operations.

Requirements:

1. Previous retail experience in fashion or luxury retail preferred.
2. Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to assisting customers.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
6. Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
8. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
9. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in fashion or retail is a plus.
