The Head of Operations is responsible for the overall operational leadership, performance, accountability, and scalability of Myth & Legend and affiliated brands. This role serves as the senior operational leader of the company and is fully accountable for the execution, consistency, profitability, leadership development, and guest experience across all locations. This role requires a leader who operates with extreme ownership. The Head of Operations is ultimately responsible for operational outcomes across the company and is expected to step directly into operational environments when necessary to stabilize, support, coach, solve problems, protect standards, and ensure execution.
Operational Leadership
• Oversee all day-to-day operations across all locations
• Lead General Managers and operational leadership teams
• Maintain operational consistency and accountability company-wide
• Serve as the final escalation point for operational issues
• Conduct regular operational audits and evaluations
Extreme Ownership & Accountability
• Take full ownership of operational outcomes across all locations
• Step directly into operations when necessary during staffing shortages, leadership gaps,
emergencies, or operational challenges
• Build a culture of accountability and ownership
• Protect the integrity, standards, and reputation of the brand
Financial Performance
• Own labor performance, profitability, and operational KPIs
• Analyze operational reporting and financial performance
• Develop action plans for underperforming stores
• Partner with ownership on forecasting and growth planning
Leadership Development
• Recruit, coach, and develop operational leaders
• Build leadership pipelines and succession planning systems
• Conduct performance evaluations and development planning
• Foster a culture of professionalism, hospitality, and operational excellence
Systems & Infrastructure
• Develop scalable operational systems and SOPs
• Improve workflows, reporting, communication, and operational infrastructure
• Standardize operational execution across all locations
Growth & Expansion
• Support and lead new store openings and expansion initiatives
• Build operational infrastructure capable of supporting growth
• Ensure new locations launch successfully and align with company standards
