We are looking for a driven Receptionist to help assist our administrative team in running a dynamic and growing office environment. A successful candidate will be willing to dig in and provide value through their action acting both in support of other teammates and independently. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get exposure to the world of Laser Telecommunications, and the right candidate will be flexible, curious, creative, and willing to assist wherever and whenever their services are needed. You will be member of our rapidly expanding administrative team, working to support all aspects of Mynaric USA as we expand our global presence. You are the right person for us if you are hungry, motivated, and can achieve results self-sufficiently and with a great degree of reliability. We require exceptional individuals who desire to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment. Individuals must be self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to work across cross functional teams. They will bring organizational capabilities, and a desire to learn.

Description

Responsibilities

·       Greet visitors and delivery people when they visit our Hawthorne facility

·       Assist the admin team in organizing schedules and manage executive's calendars and travel itinerary

·       Prepare and send out letters and correspondence

·       Assist in researching and preparing proposals and presentations

·       Manage front desk and all general incoming calls

·       Assist with all electronic filing needs

·       Attend meetings and taking notes/distributing materials as required

·       Assist in the hiring process by organizing resumes and coordinating interviews

·       Responsible for all office management responsibilities

·       Coordinate and receive office deliveries

·       Assist in various marketing efforts (PowerPoint preparation, social media, etc.) and other departments as needed

·       Coordinate lunch for office staff when required

·       Other responsibilities as needed

Desired Skills/Experience

·       Extremely high level of initiative

·       Proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems

·       High school diploma

·       Excellent written and verbal skills

·       High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

·       Ability to adapt with company to learn/develop new processes and systems

·       Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to work independently, with little direction

·       Associate/Bachelor’s degree (bonus)

·       1-3 years administrative experience (bonus)
