Job Title: Sales Representative

Employment Status: Full-Time Salaried Position

Location: In person - Sacramento, CA

Compensation: $75,000 annually plus enticing Bonus Package. OTE $180,000.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your book of business and initiate outreach to generate sales leads.
  • Identify, build, and maintain strong client relationships through travel and in-person meetings.
  • Promote and sell our services using well-crafted arguments to both new and existing clients.
  • Conduct detailed needs analyses to align our offerings with customer goals.
  • Resolve any customer issues quickly, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (biotechnology, life sciences, business, etc.), advanced degree preferred.
  • 5 years of proven experience in sales within the biotech or cannabis industry.
  • Strong understanding of the cannabis market, regulations, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
