Description

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your existing network and business development skills to identify and convert qualified sales leads.
  • Develop and maintain long-term, high-value client relationships through in-person meetings, travel, and ongoing engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and aligning our biotechnology services as the solution.
  • Exceed revenue and performance targets through consultative selling and strategic deal closure.
  • Lead negotiations and present compelling, data-driven arguments to decision-makers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market regulations, and competitive landscapes to position MyFloraDNA as the industry leader.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to leadership.


What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven success in B2B sales, with a track record of exceeding targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Experience selling biotech, cannabis, agriculture, or related solutions is strongly preferred.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a consultative and persuasive approach.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a client-first attitude—ensuring transparency and trust in every deal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients across diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in biotech, cannabis, or agriculture industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue goals and close complex, consultative sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
