Responsibilities

Sales-Driven Digital Strategy:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital sales efforts with company growth objectives.
  • Identify and target new online market segments to expand customer base.


Content Creation for Sales:

  • Partner with fellow marketing team members to produce and tailor engaging digital content for social media, website, blogs, and email campaigns, all with a strong focus on driving sales conversions.
  • Ensure content aligns with MyFloraDNA’s brand voice and effectively resonates with potential customers in the cannabis and biotech industries.


Digital Marketing and Analytics:

  • Manage digital advertising campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media, with a focus on achieving specific sales outcomes.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.


Brand and Product Promotion:

  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure marketing materials are crafted to support sales objectives.
  • Keep current with industry trends and competitor activities to refine digital sales strategies.


Customer Engagement and Outreach:

  • Support customer engagement efforts to nurture leads, including the development of customer-oriented content and emails.
  • Build relationships with influencers, industry stakeholders, and partners to enhance MyFloraDNA’s market presence.


Event Support:

  • Assist in planning and executing virtual events, webinars, and conferences aimed at lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Identify sponsorship and collaboration opportunities to boost brand visibility and generate sales leads.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a sales focus, ideally in the biotech or cannabis industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms with a focus on lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a drive to meet sales targets.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or current student) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital sales or marketing in the cannabis or biotech sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools.

Salary

$20 - $20 per hour
