Senior Business Development Representative - Remote (U.S.) · Full time
This is a hands-on senior sales representative role that owns the deal from the qualified discovery call through to the close.
You will sell a genuinely differentiated product into CHROs, Chief People Officers, CFOs, and Chief Compliance Officers at U.S. employers with 1,000+ employees — winning on a real edge: SOC 2 and FCRA compliant, free to employers, with a reimbursement program that eliminates the switching cost entirely.
Inside BDR reps and lead-generation contractors fill the top of the funnel and book qualified discovery calls; you take those prospects all the way to a signed agreement.
You'll work directly with the CEO and President — and closely with the marketing team — to power the sales engine across LinkedIn, email, and phone, manage and route pipeline in Zoho so every prospect is serviced correctly, and keep deals moving.
The engine is built — your job is to manage and scale a your dedicated territory pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Own the deal from the BDR-booked discovery call through to close — run the sales conversation, advance the opportunity, and answer for the revenue end-to-end.
- Partner closely with the marketing team to power the sales engine across LinkedIn, email, and phone, keeping qualified pipeline flowing.
- Run Zoho CRM as your operating system: assign and route every lead, enforce pipeline hygiene and daily activity reporting, and make sure each prospect is serviced correctly and nothing slips.
- Report on weekly pipeline and metric reviews — dials, connects, replies, meetings booked, win rate, and revenue — track what's working, cut what isn't.
- Forecast and report results directly to the CEO and President, using data to shape sales strategy and priorities.
What You Bring
- Proven B2B sales experience closing deals with C-suite HR and finance buyers (CHROs, CPOs, CFOs, Chief Compliance Officers) at large U.S. employers.
- Hands-on experience running multi-channel outbound (LinkedIn, email, phone) and managing lead flow at volume.
- Player-coach capability — you can close at a high level personally and coach inside BDR reps and contractors doing the same.
- Comfortable selling a disruptive product against entrenched incumbents..
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $30.00–$35.00 per hour, plus commission — total earning potential up to $200,000+ per year.
