The Role
As a Teacher at My Tiny Treasures LLC, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our students. You will create engaging lesson plans, foster a positive classroom environment, and support the developmental needs of each child.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative learning community.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom that supports learning and exploration.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a teacher or in a similar educational role.
- Strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
