Description

What You'll Do

  • Direct accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger operations
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions
  • Lead financial strategy and modeling for new programs, contracts, and expansion
  • Oversee CalAIM billing operations, claims, and MCP invoicing
  • Ensure compliance with DHCS, 42 CFR Part 438, and applicable federal/state regulations
  • Oversee financial administration of MCP contracts and government grants
  • Lead and develop the finance and accounting team
  • Present financial reports and analysis to the Board of Directors


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • CPA required
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
  • Healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit human services experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Medi-Cal, CalAIM, DHCS, and 42 CFR compliance requirements
  • Proven track record managing and developing finance teams


Nice to Have

  • MBA or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience with CalAIM Community Supports or MCP contracts
  • Government grants and contract compliance experience
  • Familiarity with FQHC, behavioral health, or housing services billing
