Core Responsibilities

Moving & Labor Support

  • Assist with residential and commercial moving jobs
  • Load and unload furniture, boxes, and household goods safely
  • Assist with labor-only moving services and junk removal jobs
  • Help move items efficiently while minimizing damage risk


Safety & Equipment Use

  • Follow all company safety procedures and lifting techniques
  • Use moving equipment properly, including dollies, straps, and moving blankets
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings to prevent injury or property damage


Customer Service & Professionalism

  • Maintain a professional attitude on all job sites
  • Treat customers and their property respectfully
  • Follow instructions from the Lead Mover and company management


Job Site Responsibilities

  • Assist with job setup and cleanup
  • Keep work areas clear and organized
  • Help protect floors, walls, doors, and furniture during moves
  • Report damages, incidents, or safety concerns immediately


Teamwork & Reliability

  • Work efficiently as part of a crew
  • Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled jobs
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior moving, labor, warehouse, construction, or delivery experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift 50–75+ lbs repeatedly
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Reliable transportation preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed


Physical Requirements

  • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to safely navigate stairs and tight spaces
