The Lead Mover is responsible for overseeing moving and labor crews during residential and commercial jobs while ensuring safe, professional, and efficient operations. This position serves as the on-site team lead and primary point of contact for clients during job execution. The Lead Mover helps ensure the company operates in accordance with professional moving industry standards, including proper handling of household goods, safety procedures, crew supervision, documentation, and customer service expectations. This role is especially important as the company works toward full compliance with Pennsylvania household goods carrier requirements and long-term operational growth. The ideal candidate has prior moving, labor, logistics, or transportation experience and demonstrates leadership, communication, professionalism, and strong problem-solving abilities.
