Key Responsibilities 

Detailing: 

• Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning on vehicles after repairs 
• Wash, clay bar, polish, and wax finished vehicles to a showroom-ready standard 
• Clean glass, wheels, tires, trim, and door jambs 
• Vacuum and shampoo interiors including carpets, seats, and floor mats 
• Remove overspray, tape residue, and masking materials from completed repairs 
• Conduct a final quality inspection before vehicles are returned to customers 

Shop Support: 

• Assist technicians and estimators with general shop tasks as needed 
• Move vehicles in and out of the shop and parking areas safely 
• Keep shop floors, wash bays, and work areas clean and organized 
• Dispose of waste materials per shop and environmental guidelines 
• Help with parts runs, supply restocking, or other operational needs 
• Support team during busy periods or special projects 

Qualifications 

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) 
• Prior detailing or auto body shop experience a plus — willing to train the right candidate 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment 
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented 
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout a full shift; lift up to 50 lbs
