This role follows a 3-day workweek with 12-hour shifts, allowing for extended time off, with paid breaks included during each shift.
This role includes an extended training program in Denmark for up to two months shortly after onboarding. Start date August 1st, 2026.
Pay Range:
Day: $36(minimum) - $45(midpoint) - $55(maximum)
Night: $39(minimum) - $50(midpoint) - $60(maximum)
Compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.

What You Will Be Doing
- Operates and perform complex troubleshooting on multi-tasking Mazak i200 CNC machines and Kuka robots to produce ultra-high-precision metal parts according to specifications.
- Interpret engineering drawings for inspection requirements and inspect parts using coordinate measuring machine (CMM), and gauges.
- Follows detailed work instructions to maintain production efficiency and accuracy.
- Performs supporting operations (ex. deburring, sub-assembly, etc.) while following established procedures.
- Performs First Article Inspection (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 and participates in required training to ensure compliance with these processes.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of operation and setup for multi-tasking Mazak i200 CNC machines, or other multi-tasking machines.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn or program and operate KUKA industrial robots.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, including:
- Cutting Tools and tool offsets
- Fixturing and part handling
- G-code fundamentals
- GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Ability to synchronize robot loading/unloading with CNC machine cycles.
- Interpret engineering drawings for inspection requirements
- Ability to comprehend and follow blueprints and computer-screen instructions
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
- Written and verbal communication skills
- General knowledge of Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Previous experience in operating CNC machines
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
- Experience integrating robots with CNC machines, conveyors, and automation cells is a plus.
- Experience with CATIA programming is considered an advantage.
- Experience with Hexagon coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) is considered an advantage.
- Understanding of continuous improvement principles
You should be proficient in:
- Multi-axis CNC machining operations
- ISO programming (G-code and M-code)
- Machine setup and optimization for production runs

Desired Experience and Skills
- A 4-year BS degree in Process, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering and 2-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Or 5+ years of Relevant Engineering Experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
