We are seeking an enthusiastic and influential Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for customers and community partners while supporting day-to-day customer relationship management, sales, and administrative activities. This position responds to inquiries across phone, email, website, social media, and in-person channels; maintains accurate customer records within the company's CRM system; assists with customer orders, requests, and follow-up; and helps coordinate opportunities such as donations, promotions, tours, and other community engagement activities. The representative will follow established workflows and communication standards to ensure customers receive timely, professional, and consistent service while escalating matters requiring additional review to the appropriate team member.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and respond to inquiries by phone, email, social media, website, and in person.
  • Provide accurate information regarding our product, orders, availability, pickup, delivery, shipping, and other company services.
  • Review, document, and manage customer inquiries and follow-up activities within the company's CRM system.
  • Assist with donation, promotion, tour, partnership, and other community engagement requests.
  • Respond to routine social media messages, comments, and customer interactions using established company guidelines.
  • Address routine customer concerns and escalate complaints, delivery issues, product concerns, or other matters when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer records while protecting confidential customer and company information.
  • Follow established company workflows, communication standards, and customer service procedures.
  • Support customer service, sales, marketing, community relations, and other administrative activities as needed.
  • Perform other related duties and administrative responsibilities as assigned.


REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, drivers, and employees at all organizational levels.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, social media, and in person.

  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and technology.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and know when to escalate an issue.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent required
  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience, or related experience; customer service, sales, or telemarketing experience.
  • Experience with CRM software, business email platforms, social media management, or customer databases is a plus; training will be provided.
  • Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.


WORK CONDITIONS

  • Onsite, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, occasional weekends and evenings
  • Onsite facility with multiple schedules (Shifts: 1st: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm; 2nd: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm; 2nd split: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm)
  • Overtime if required and approved
  • Flexibility needed for on-call and short-noticed work, weekend work, special events, or high-volume periods.
  • General production facility environment, with sitting for long periods of the time, some walking and standing throughout the day as a part of the essential job duties. 
  • Ability to work extended hours or weekends during peak production and distribution periods.
  • Frequent visits and interaction on the production floor with warehouse staff, drivers, and production teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Travel 10-50% required; primarily within local and Southeast regions, and other regions if needed, to participate in sales and marketing events.

Salary

$15 - $15 per hour
