Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Professional who combines technical expertise with strong customer service skills. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across a variety of commercial and industrial settings. Your expertise will ensure that electrical infrastructure operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
This role is perfect for an experienced journeyman electrician who not only loves the trade but also enjoys building customer relationships.
Servicing: Lawrenceville, Snellville, Buford, Dacula, & Grayson
Responsibilities
- Customer Consultations & Sales Presentations: Build trust with homeowners by confidently diagnosing issues, explaining solutions, and presenting clear estimates and service options.
- Project Oversight & Execution: Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial and industrial environments. Ensure all projects are completed to code, on time, and with the highest workmanship standards.
- Customer Experience: Deliver five-star service experiences that drive positive reviews, repeat business, and strong customer referrals.
- Team Culture & Growth: Promote a positive, accountable team environment that supports ongoing development and long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician certificate with proven experience in residential, industrial and commercial electrical projects.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Proven ability to present and sell services directly to homeowners.
- Extensive knowledge of the NEC (National Electrical Code) and local electrical safety standards.
- Hands-on experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, low voltage wiring, high voltage systems, and renovation projects.
- Experience working with both low voltage systems (security alarms, communication wiring) and high voltage power distribution.
- Familiarity with construction framing carpentry or frame carpentry skills is a plus for certain installation tasks.
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred.
