About Us: Mr. Clean Port-a-Potties, operated by Storts Sanitation Services LLC, is a leading provider of portable sanitation solutions in the Midwest. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and reliability for our clients' events and projects.

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Full-Time Drivers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely delivery, pickup, and cleaning of portable toilets, as well as setting up and tearing down units at various locations. Towing experience is preferred. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver and pick up portable toilets at various locations
• Clean and service portable toilets on site to maintain hygiene standards
• Set up and tear down units for events and projects
• Follow assigned routes and schedules using routing software
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on units as needed
• Ensure trucks and equipment are in good working order and report any issues to management
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of deliveries and services
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous driving experience, preferably with towing experience
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as part of daily duties
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in all weather conditions

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate: based on experience
• Overtime pay at 1.5x hourly rate
