Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and inquiries with a friendly, Midwestern vibe
  • Provide accurate pricing information and take bookings
  • Enter order information into our software system
  • Generate route sheets using our routing software
  • Re-arrange routes as needed and coordinate with field staff
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and team members
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service


Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable with technology and software systems
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace


Compensation:


  • Hourly rate: $18 - $22 per hour, based on experience
