Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries with a friendly, Midwestern vibe
- Provide accurate pricing information and take bookings
- Enter order information into our software system
- Generate route sheets using our routing software
- Re-arrange routes as needed and coordinate with field staff
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and team members
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with technology and software systems
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $18 - $22 per hour, based on experience
