We’re looking for a dedicated Account Coordinator to join our all-star accounts team. This person will support the senior accounts leaders in delivering website, branding, and packaging-focused projects, and ensuring we’re exceeding client expectations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily account support to senior accounts team
  • Deliver an exceptional level of attention to detail, including proofing and crafting quality written correspondence 
  • Proactively communicate with clients on a daily basis in a professional manner
  • Be a positive, highly motivated self-starter with a willingness to do anything and everything to deliver amazing client service
  • Prepare account service-related documents, such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals, and other client communication
  • Participate in and document discussions during client meetings
  • Understand client needs, their industries, branding, competitive positioning, and key goals
  • Continually seek ways to add value to the client-agency relationship
  • Help to translate client needs and project objectives to the internal teams
  • Support the creation of key client deliverables, including strategy, secondary research, planning, design, and presentations
  • Coordinate vendor communication, quote review, and follow-up, including verification of production specs
  • Ensure schedules, budgets, and plans are in place and on target
  • Remain up-to-date with print, digital, and social media best practices
  • Identify opportunities for internal collaboration and knowledge sharing across accounts


Experience and Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in an agency environment
  • Extremely organized
  • Positive, upbeat attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment 
  • Ability to be nimble and resourceful, work under tight deadlines, and respond to shifting priorities across multiple client accounts
  • Ability to build and nurture strong working relationships
  • Able to translate complex concepts and processes in an easily understood way
  • Obsessive about caring for the client and exceeding their expectations
  • Adept at using project management and communication tools
  • Naturally curious; fascination with learning and applying creative and critical thinking to challenges


Reporting Structure

This position currently reports to the Group Account Director.

Salary

$45,000 - $50,000 per year
