Moment Redefined is looking for a motivated and compassionate Contract Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services at our Beatitudes Campus retirement location.

Position Details

• Position: Contract Physical Therapist
• Pay: $55/visit
• Location: Beatitudes Campus
• Schedule: Flexible — workdays and hours can be arranged based on availability
• Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy evaluations and treatments
• Develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Document patient progress and treatment appropriately
• Communicate effectively with patients and other members of the healthcare team
• Deliver a positive, professional patient experience

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Current Arizona Physical Therapy license in good standing
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care effectively
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
