Mountain Vista Window Washing is a small locally owned home service provider. With a small team of 8-10 technitions we provide personalized care for staff and clients. Over the last 7 years we have built a reputation as the highest reviewed and most awarded window cleaner in the high country. This is due to a well cared for and valued team that gives back in quality job performance.

What You'll Do Each Day
Your day starts and ends at the shop. In between, you're out in the High Country delivering the quality that made Mountain Vista the highest-reviewed company in the area.
Before You Go:
- Help clean the interior and exterior of the vans — we take care of our equipment
- Help pack vans with everything needed for the day's jobs
- Keep vans stocked, clean, and organized
On the Way to the Job:
- Pull up GPS and navigate to the job site
- Text the client when you're on the way — no one likes being caught off guard
- Read the job notes aloud to the main lead so the crew arrives prepared
On the Job:
- Be pleasant to work with — respect your teammates, the client, and their property
- Converse with clients professionally about services and job status
- Treat every property with care: protect surfaces, clean up after yourself, and never leave a mess
- Perform all services to Mountain Vista's standard of work — we don't leave until it's right
- Upload required photos and documentation per our standard of work process
- Record mileage, hours worked, and other important job metrics
- Clock in and clock out accurately — every day, every job
End of Day:
- Sweep the job site before leaving — no equipment left behind
- Unload the van and clean it out at the end of each day

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our meeting location (10 minutes from downtown Boone)
- Physical ability to move ladders and other heavy equipment
- Ability to safely set and climb ladders up to 32 feet
- Ability to work outdoors in varying and occasionally inclement weather conditions
- Smartphone capable of texting, GPS navigation, and photo uploads
- Background in the trades preferred — but we'll train the right person
- Arrive ready to work on time and with a good attitude

Wages,
We start all trainees at $16 an hour. After you have been properly trained to provide all the services and act as a fully fledged member of the team we immediately bump you to $18 an hour. As you take on more responsibility and potentially even run a van, wages raise to $18-25+ an hour.
Additionally clients often give generous tips from $20-$150 per job.
