We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Check-In Agent to join our team and ensure a smooth, professional experience for all passengers.

Position Overview:

The Check-In Agent plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service during passenger check-ins for our Red Rocks Shuttle. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide friendly, efficient assistance to all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in locations with professionalism and courtesy
• Confirm reservations and guide concertgoers to their designated shuttle or bus
• Answer guest questions related to transportation details, pick-up locations, and schedules
• Set up the designated drop-off cone zone at Red Rocks
• Reserve metered parking near Union Station with cones (brief setup around 10:00 AM on event days)
• Perform check-in operations at designated pick-up location starting around 4:00 PM (approximately 1-hour shift)
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times

Qualifications:

• Must have a reliable personal vehicle
• Must own a smartphone and printer
• Must reside near downtown Denver, LoHi or RiNo for timely access to work locations
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
• Flexible availability, including late-night and weekend shifts based on event schedules
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills
