We are hiring experienced Motorcoach Drivers to operate 28 and 56-passenger coaches and buses for both public Red Rocks Shuttle and private group charter services. This role is ideal for professional drivers with a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and on-time performance. Shifts are primarily in the evening and night hours based on event schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 56-passenger motorcoach or a 28-passenger shuttle bus to and from Red Rocks Amphitheatre
• Provide friendly, courteous service to all passengers
• Ensure pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections are completed
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle environment
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and follow route assignments
• Represent the company with a positive and professional demeanor

Qualifications:

• Must be 25 years of age or older (insurance requirement)
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger and air brakes endorsements required
• Clean driving record
• Colorado residency required – applicants must currently live in Colorado
• Must be available for evening, night, and weekend shifts
• Must have a smartphone for communication and navigation
• Strong customer service skills and professional attitude
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate required (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior at all times
