MSCS was founded with the goal of providing flexible and dependable services to both people with developmental disabilities and their families. MSCS also emphasizes providing services in a group setting, with multiple providers working alongside one another with multiple members. These groups are held with the intention of creating an environment that is warm, collaborative, and fun for both the participants and the staff working alongside them. MSCS also offers a variety of in-home services so the needs of all our members and their families can be met.

We Are Hiring:

• Respite Providers – Offer short-term relief to families by caring for their loved ones.
• Habilitation Workers – Support members in learning life skills, increasing independence, and reaching personal goals.
• Attendant Care Workers – Assist with daily living needs such as hygiene, meal prep, mobility, and supervision.

What You’ll Do:

• Support individuals in their homes or community settings.
• Follow care plans and document services provided.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and reliable assistance.
• Promote skill-building and inclusion in community life.

• Are compassionate, dependable, and enjoy helping others.

• Have reliable transportation and can pass a background check.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• CPR/First Aid, Article 9, and other HCBS certifications (or willing to obtain)
• Fingerprint clearance card (or ability to apply)
