MSCS was founded with the goal of providing flexible and dependable services to both people with developmental disabilities and their families. MSCS also emphasizes providing services in a group setting, with multiple providers working alongside one another with multiple members. These groups are held with the intention of creating an environment that is warm, collaborative, and fun for both the participants and the staff working alongside them. Employees will be working with a non-ambulatory adult with cerebral palsy. This individual needs assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs) such as changing and eating. Staff must be able to use a hoyer lift. Expected to push member's wheelchair on outings around town. Shift requires constant general supervision over member's well-being.

Preferred experience: 1 or more years of direct care work in attendant care or similar care setting.

Opportunities available for more shift hours if requested.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
