Key Responsibilities:

 Guest Service & Order Management:

• Greet guests warmly and provide menu recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely service.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries professionally.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in delivering orders.

Dining Area Maintenance:

• Set up and maintain tables with proper utensils and condiments.
• Keep the dining area clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Clear and reset tables promptly for the next guests.
• Assist with general restaurant cleaning duties as needed.

Cash Handling & Sales:

• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash and credit transactions correctly.
• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience.

Teamwork & Compliance:

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Comply with Fuel Kitchen’s policies and service standards.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Member Experience & Customer Satisfaction:

• Engage with AMP members and guests to provide a personalized experience.
• Address guest feedback professionally and proactively.
• Maintain a visible presence during key dining hours and events.

Qualifications & Experience:

-Previous restaurant serving experience preferred.

-Strong customer service and communication skills.

-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

-Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.

-Experience handling cashier transactions and order entry.

Requirements & Working Conditions:

-Must have reliable transportation.

-Knowledge of food safety and service regulations.

-Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 25+ lbs.

- Must be available to work weekends and open holidays.
