Key Responsibilities:

 Food Preparation & Cooking:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Fuel Kitchen’s recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain food presentation and portion consistency.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
• Assist with ingredient prep, including chopping, marinating, and portioning.

 Kitchen Efficiency & Teamwork:

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain a fast-paced workflow during peak hours.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

 Sanitation & Safety:

• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Keep workstations clean and stocked.
• Ensure compliance with Fuel Kitchen’s health and hygiene policies.

 Inventory & Waste Management:

• Assist in tracking and reporting inventory levels.
• Minimize food waste and follow proper storage procedures.
• Properly label and store food items for freshness and quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred.

Knowledge of food safety & sanitation guidelines.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.

Requirements & Working Conditions:

-Must have reliable transportation.

-Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and climbing.

-Must be available to work weekends and select holidays.

-Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
