Events Banquet Manager is a leader on the floor, a calm presence behind the scenes, and the person who ensures every guest leaves feeling cared for, impressed, and eager to return. This is not a desk job or ‘supervise from the sidelines’ role. Our events range from corporate functions and private celebrations to large-scale hospitality experiences. Success in this role requires ownership, professionalism, and pride in execution. You won’t just manage events. You’ll set the tone, support the team, and protect the guest experience from start to finish. What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a professional who brings confidence, maturity, and hospitality leadership presence.
· 3+ years of experience in event management, banquet operations, or hospitality leadership
· Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
· Calm, composed, and professional under pressure
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google, Gmail, and event systems
· Willingness to perform physical and operational duties when needed
