Moseley Construction is seeking a motivated Construction Laborer to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of residential construction tasks including home renovations, building custom decks, and more. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and wants to grow in the residential construction field.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading construction materials and equipment
- Set up and clean job sites
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and organizing materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as framing, decking and installation of windows, doors, cabinets, etc.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment
- Help with the setup and breakdown of job sites, including scaffolding and equipment
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Clean tools and equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus, but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction equipment is helpful
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Drivers License and reliable vehicle
Salary
$17 - $21 per hour
