Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading construction materials and equipment
• Set up and clean job sites
• Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and organizing materials
• Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as framing, decking and installation of windows, doors, cabinets, etc.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment
• Help with the setup and breakdown of job sites, including scaffolding and equipment
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Clean tools and equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus, but not required
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction equipment is helpful
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Drivers License and reliable vehicle
