Safety and Security Office on Mobile Medication Unit
Summary: Responsible for providing a visual security presence inside the building and parking lot. Ensures Morse Clinics patients and staff members have a safe and pleasant experience during business hours. Run errands such as: drops off FedEx packages to mail center and maintain/order supplies when needed. Available for being back up front desk when personnel are on break. Maintains order and cleanliness of parking lot and mobile unit. Reports and documents all behavior problems and incidents. Assists with the running of quarterly drills, security alarm checks and checks fire extinguishers, as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specialized Training:
Experience in the security field is required.
Certificates and Licenses:
CPI and CPR within 30 days of hire, provided by employer
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
· Time management
· Oral and written communication skills
· Professionalism
· Must be at least 21 years of age
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule, follow detailed procedures, and have good customer service skills.
· Must be able to work independent of intensive supervision
· Weekends are required
· Ability to communicate with other staff regarding clients’ financial status
· Ability to function as a member of a team and participate in team meetings
· Attendance and punctuality at work- Expectation is to arrive 30 minutes prior to business opening.
· Ability to structure time and organize other duties
· Professional demeanor, ability to communicate with patients and de-escalate situations in a calm manner
