Morris Eye Associates, LLC is seeking a Full Time Optometric Technician! Founded by Dr. Constantinos Bacas, Morris Eye Associates is a full scope, comprehensive practice that will provide care to patients of all ages!

Our state-of-the-art dry eye suite and expertly trained doctors place us at the forefront of Dry Eye Disease treatment. For our youngest patients, we collaborate closely with pediatricians to provide advanced, in-house myopia therapies—raising the standard for pediatric vision care in our community.

 

Ideal Candidates are:

 

  • Comfortable managing patient flow from the schedules of two full time physicians.
  • Experienced with patient care in a full scope optometric setting, including comprehensive exams, problem-oriented medical exams, myopia management, dry eye and aesthetic procedures, and emergency eye care
  • Experienced with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Practice Management (PM) software. Prior experience with Nextech is ideal, but not a requirement - training will be provided.
  • Experienced operating various pre-test and special procedure equipment, including but not limited to: OCTs, Visual Fields, auto-keratometers, lensometers, OptiLight IPL, OptiLift dMST.
  • Experienced in the preparation of cryopreserved amniotic membranes, such as Prokera and CAM360
  • Able and willing to work a full-time (40hr) per week schedule of patient care, including two (2) Saturday's per month.

Salary

$18 - $25 per hour
