Morris Eye Associates, LLC is seeking a Full Time Front Desk Specialist! Founded by Dr. Constantinos Bacas, Morris Eye Associates is a full scope, comprehensive practice that will provide care to patients of all ages!

Through strong partnerships with industry leaders and local providers, MEA minimizes the need for external referrals, ensuring streamlined, comprehensive care.

We are proud to serve as a regional leader in ocular surface disorders and myopia management in Northern New Jersey. Our state-of-the-art dry eye suite and expertly trained doctors place us at the forefront of Dry Eye Disease treatment. For our youngest patients, we collaborate closely with pediatricians to provide advanced, in-house myopia therapies—raising the standard for pediatric vision care in our community.

Ideal Candidates are:

• Comfortable managing patient communications via phone, text, and email.
• Comfortable managing the patient schedules of two full time physicians and coordinating both inbound and outbound referral patients.
• Comfortable taking payment from patients and submitting billing claims to relevant insurance panels - training will be provided on specific methods, but prior knowledge and experience is ideal.
• Experienced with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Practice Management (PM) software. Prior experience with Nextech is ideal, but not a requirement - training will be provided.
• Experienced with managing contact lens order platforms, such as MARLO, among others
• Able and willing to work a full-time (40hr) per week schedule of patient care, including two (2) Saturday's per month.
