Hello, we are Morpho Behavioral Services. We provide ABA services. We use a “best practice” approach to intervention in which the most current scientifically-supported ABA methods are implemented. Some of the teaching techniques routinely utilized in our program include discrete-trial teaching (DTT), natural environment teaching (NET), errorless teaching, shaping, and differential reinforcement. Our efforts are aimed at individually tailoring each intervention program to address a child’s specific needs. We teach with an emphasis on maximizing every learner’s independence and producing meaningful outcomes that generalize to a variety of family members and settings. We partner with parents in the design and implementation of each child’s treatment plan. Our focus on parent training ensures that children have maximum opportunities to practice and refine emerging skills.

Responsibilities:

No previous ABA experience is required for this Entry Level position! We will provide the best hands-on ABA training and mentorship - Where you will actively learn shadowing with kids and trainers in the field.

What will you be doing? You will be working 1:1 with children with developmental delays and/or autism in their homes.

What you have:

• Minimum of 60 college credits completed
• Minimum six months of paid or unpaid experience working with children
• Bachelor’s degree and work experience serving people with developmental disabilities preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age to be in compliance with insurance eligibility guidelines

Compensation: Up to $22 an hour depending on education, credentialing and experience

• Part-Time (minimum 15+ hours per week) AND Full-Time opportunities(including benefits)
