The Role

Lead engineering at an AI startup that's transforming how brands do marketing. You'll build autonomous marketing tools that drive real revenue while scaling our technical team and platform.

You'll own the technical vision, ship features that directly impact customer success, and shape the engineering culture as we rapidly scale in 2026.

What We’re Looking For

• Builder mindset with exceptional problem solving capabilities.
• AI native developer - you leverage tools like Claude, Cursor, v0 and more.
• Comfortable across the full stack (React, GraphQL, NestJS, MongoDB)
• You iterate quickly based on customer feedback.
• You think like a founder and make decisions to improve the user experience accordingly.

Who You'll Work With

MorningAI was founded by Chris Curtis, who has helped scale two unicorns, is a former McKinsey consultant and AB InBev marketing executive. Our team includes highly talented and engaged remote engineers, a dedicated customer success specialist, technical designers/artists, data analyst, and advisors from leading marketing and AI companies. In this role, you'll collaborate with our engineering team while working directly with the founder on product strategy.
