MoreYellow, a creative talent agency working with YouTube content creators, is seeking an individual with experience in, or a background in studies of, accounting principles to support the Bookkeeping and Executive Assistant needs of a fast growing Talent Agency. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, and background in bookkeeping or accounting and have flexibility to take on additional tasks as needed.
Description
The Day to Day:
- Prepare and send invoices through Quickbooks Online
- Follow-up with delinquent accounts in order to receive payments
- Responding to all clients and vendor communications regarding accounting matters
- Review and route internal requests for purchases
- Work with Managers to review and validate employee hours for accounting to process Payroll
- Supporting the Principal with scheduling and other administrative tasks as directed
You should be:
- Meticulous with attention to detail, double checking all work and communications before shared
- An excellent communicator - be able to effectively talk with all levels within the organization
- Self starter - have a plan for each day and drive action items through completion
- Solution oriented - be able to easily troubleshoot client and employee issues
Requirements:
- 1+ years of Bookkeeping/Accounting experience
- Experience in Quickbooks Online
- Experienced in Google G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs etc.)

Salary
$15 - $21 per hour
