Moonshot Games is seeking a full-time Rip & Ship streamer to host some of our live Magic: The Gathering pack-opening streams on YouTube and Twitch. This is an in-person position at our Noblesville, IN store — perfect for someone who knows MTG inside and out, loves engaging with people, and thrives in a late-night setting. You’ll be one of the faces of our stream: opening packs, interacting with chat, keeping the energy up, and ensuring every customer’s cards are safely and accurately packaged after the show.
About Moonshot Games
Google defines a "moonshot" as an extremely ambitious and innovative project. Though Moonshot Games started as just one retail store in downtown Noblesville, we now have a second location in Plainfield, a Youtube stream Rip and Ship by Moonshot, we host private parties in themed rooms, sell Pokemon and Magic and much much more. Today we represent more than just a handful of game stores. Ours is a place for people without a place. A safe spot to visit, play, laugh, and learn within a loving, supportive community. Yet this dream wouldn't have become reality without our amazing staff and customers, because it was too big to build by our will alone. It was Noblesville's dream, but we will continue to serve our community with plenty more big ideas as we reach for the stars.

Key Responsibilities
- Host live streams and interact with customers during pack openings
- Accurately sort and package cards for shipping
- Keep chat friendly, fun, and safe for viewers of all ages
- Maintain a neat, organized stream space
- Perform administrative and support tasks around stream and other store TCG singles needs
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive knowledge of Magic: The Gathering — card names, formats, and current product lines
- A reliable, detail-oriented personality who takes pride in doing things right the first time
- Strong communication skills and a welcoming on-camera presence
- Comfortable working late-night hours (some shifts run until 2am)
- Able to maintain a family-friendly tone on stream — no cursing, adult topics, or innuendo
Bonus Points For
- Previous streaming, content creation, or Rip & Ship experience
- Familiarity with Twitch and YouTube live chat tools
- Experience in a retail or customer-facing role
- Share your favorite Magic card or Commander when applying for this position
