Description

Multimedia Production & Channel Specialist

Make a premium brand look — and sound — as good as it actually is

Moon Audio is a recognized leader in high-end personal audio. We build for people who hear the difference: music lovers who expect extraordinary sound, exceptional products, and expert guidance.

We're looking for a Multimedia Production & Channel Specialist to bring that same standard to everything we publish. You'll turn raw footage into polished stories, design assets that stop the scroll, and use real performance data to put our content in front of the right audience.

This is a hands-on creative role that lives at the intersection of video production, graphic design, YouTube strategy, analytics, and creative project management. One day you're cutting a detailed product demo or podcast. The next you're testing thumbnail concepts, directing a freelance editor, or tightening up a workflow in Monday.com.

If you love both making great content and building the systems that make great content repeatable, keep reading.

What you'll own

Video production & storytelling You'll take projects from raw footage to final publish in Adobe Premiere Pro — long-form videos, product demos, interviews, podcasts, and promos. That means owning the full post-production process: footage intake and organization, editing, audio cleanup, color, graphics, captions, QC, and export. You'll also repurpose long-form content into sharp vertical cuts for YouTube Shorts and Reels, and coordinate remote recordings end to end (guest comms, scheduling, tech checks, production readiness).

Digital design & branded creative Using Adobe Photoshop, you'll design the visuals that carry our brand across the website, store, campaigns, and channels — sliders, promo graphics, blog banners, product features, and scroll-stopping YouTube thumbnails built on strong hierarchy and typography. You'll prep, resize, compress, and ship assets to spec, and keep our footage, templates, and project libraries organized and easy to work from.

YouTube growth & optimization You'll help our YouTube channel become a genuine destination for education and discovery. You'll run YouTube Studio publishing and backend (uploads, scheduling, titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, captions, playlists, cards, end screens, metadata), apply SEO and audience-retention best practices, and run title and thumbnail A/B tests. Most importantly, you'll read the data — CTR, impressions, watch time, retention, traffic sources, subscriber growth — and turn it into clear recommendations for what we make next.

Creative workflow & vendor management You'll be the structure that keeps creative moving. You'll brief and manage external editors and production partners, review their work for quality and brand fit, run reviews and approvals through Frame.io, and administer our creative-production workspace in Monday.com (intake, boards, statuses, automations, deadlines, reporting). When something's slowing the team down, you'll spot it and fix it.

What success looks like in your first year

  • High-quality multimedia projects shipped on time and on scope, consistently.
  • Long-form and short-form production that's more efficient and more consistent than the day you arrived.
  • Measurable gains in CTR, watch time, retention, subscribers, and organic discovery.
  • Fewer preventable publishing, metadata, and file-management errors.
  • Repeatable, documented workflows that make the whole team faster.

What you bring

Required

  • 3–5+ years in video production/editing, digital graphic design, multimedia production, content marketing, or a closely related field.
  • A portfolio that shows strong video-editing and graphic-design work. (Applications without a portfolio may not be considered.)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Hands-on experience running YouTube Studio — metadata, analytics, retention metrics, and content optimization.
  • Experience coordinating freelancers, editors, or external production partners.
  • A solid grasp of video/audio post-production: color, captioning, encoding, compression, aspect ratios, resolution, and platform-specific export.
  • Strong project-management, prioritization, and documentation skills, with sharp attention to visual, audio, and technical detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Nice to have

  • A degree in digital media, film/video, graphic design, marketing, or communications.
  • Experience with Monday.com and Frame.io (or comparable tools).
  • Content experience in e-commerce, consumer tech, premium products, music, or audio.
  • A real interest in music, high-fidelity audio, or premium product storytelling.

Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will absolutely be considered.

You'll thrive here if you're...

A versatile creator who enjoys both making content and improving the systems behind it. Someone who balances creative instinct with the numbers, moves comfortably between detailed editing and big-picture channel strategy, and gives precise direction without losing the brand. The kind of person who catches the audio glitch, the off-brand color, or the wrong export setting before it goes live — because the details are the point.

Ready to create something worth watching — and hearing?

Hit Apply and include your resume plus a link to a portfolio that shows your video-editing, design, thumbnail, or channel work. The portfolio is the part we'll look at first.
