Moon Audio is looking to expand its technical team with a Multimedia Graphic Designer who can help take our exploding business to the next level.  The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project. We're looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. Moon Audio is a trusted manufacturer, dealer, and content creator for the hi-fi audio world. More than 6,000 customers a day visit Moon-Audio.com as well as our growing YouTube channel, looking for cool audio gear, advice, and ways to connect to the music they love.  We see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in a production e-commerce environment, developing distinctive graphic elements for a site with millions in annual sales. We’re looking for someone who is team-oriented and excited to help us reach our lofty and exciting goals. TEAM is how we aim to get there. The Web Graphic Designer will work closely with the CEO, COO, and Content Team on a range of projects and initiatives. # Here's what you'll be doing: - Maintain online storefront - Edit product and lifestyle photography in Adobe apps. - Help with production ideas for data content for Moon Audio Blog, Website, and Online stories via social media platforms. - Use the latest editing and photography tools to tell great stories. - Create and design email newsletters - Edit product and lifestyle photography - Create graphics - Nurture the existing email list, segment list, and drive sales via follow up emails and social media outreach, and contests # Skills & Requirements: 

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in UI/UX, computer science, design, or a similar field as well as 3-5+ years of related experience. You don't need to be an audiophile, but a knowledge of or interest in the hi-fi audio industry is important. Most of all, the love and passion for music is at the heart of what we do and who we are at Moon Audio. We will offer training and support as you learn about our proprietary Dragon Cables and other audio gear that we sell, but a keen interest and desire to learn is mandatory. 

We ask that you have: 

- Proficiency in Adobe CC 

- Working knowledge of HTML & CSS 

- Portfolio of User Interface Design or related work - Bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate experience - Familiarity with web performance and analytics tools 

- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies - Ability to deliver within deadlines and handle multiple projects at once 

- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and maintain organization 

- Work well independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization - Excellent written communication skills # Additional Skills (preferred but not required): 

- UI Experience 

- Experience building web pages 

- Experience across social media 

- Skilled draftsman (drawing and doing so digitally is a big plus) 

- CMS Experience (BigCommerce would be a bonus) 

- Dot Digital Email Software - Photography Experience
