As a Hi-Fi Audio Sales and Tech Support Associate, you'll be instrumental in delivering expert guidance, technical support, and outstanding customer service to enthusiasts of high-fidelity audio equipment and technology. Your role includes assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a superior level of service.
