Monarch Medical is a primary care practice that specializes in four key areas of medicine: Diabetes/weight loss, psychiatric medication management, chronic pain management and geriatric/assisted living care. We have chosen to focus our attention in these areas because they effect the vast majority of Americans today. While these may seem like unrelated specialties statistics show that 80% of American suffer from at least one of these conditions, 60% suffer from at least two and nearly 40% suffer from at least three of the areas. It is our goal at Monarch Medical to promote better health by addressing the most pressing concerns of our patients.

Monarch Medical is a physician-owned, adult-focused clinic in Federal Way, WA offering integrated Primary Care, Chronic Pain Management, and Medical Weight Loss services. We're looking for a compassionate and autonomous PA-C or ARNP to join our growing team.

You’ll work with patients 18+, helping manage chronic conditions, guide pain treatment plans, and implement evidence-based weight loss strategies — including GLP-1 therapy and lifestyle support.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, obesity)
• Provide nonsurgical chronic pain management, including joint injections and medication oversight
• Manage individualized medical weight loss programs
• Conduct routine wellness and preventive care visits
• Document in Athenahealth EMR
• Collaborate closely with the supervising physician

Requirements

• Active PA-C or ARNP license in WA
• 2+ years’ experience in primary care, pain management, or internal medicine preferred
• Strong interest or experience in medical weight loss and GLP-1 therapy
• Exceptional communication and clinical skills
