Current positions available are fee-for-service positions. Clinicians are expected to keep a schedule of an agreed-upon number of client hours per week with some marketing and referrals provided by the practice. Positions require evening and/or weekend hours. These are W2 positions with the benefits and flexibility of being a part-time or full-time employee.

Monarch Behavioral Health is hiring a Master's level clinician to perform a range of psychological evaluations for children and adults. The greatest need is for evaluations from childhood through young adulthood. While the primary job responsibilities are conducting psychological evaluations, there are also opportunities to provide therapy to a limited number of clients. 

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of psychological evaluations including admissions and TAG eligibility testing, psychoeducational, learning disability, ADHD, and neuropsychological evaluations.
• Provide psychological assessment to determine diagnostic clarity and treatment planning.
• Provide psychotherapy to a small number of child and/or adult clients, if desired.
• Commitment to sensitive and appropriate service provision to diverse populations.
• Conduct a minimum of 2 - 4 evaluations per week (to include intake sessions, in-person testing, and feedback) 
• Complete psychological and/or neuropsychological report writing 
• Demonstrate professionalism by working as a team player alongside office staff, owner, therapists, and trainees 
• Operate in an ethical manner alongside state and national guidelines (APA) 

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's or Doctorate degree, or are in a Doctorate program
• Experience in performing psychological evaluations for concerns of learning, attention, and emotions/behaviors
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients
• Excellent interpersonal skills including assertive communication
• Interest in strong professional relationships with fellow team members
• The ongoing effort to increase multicultural competence and inclusiveness

• Must be punctual in reporting to work
• Be organized and detail-oriented
• Be able to work independently on tasks assigned

• Great internet connection (must be able to stream without an issue)
