We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, lead by example, and take pride in creating beautifully maintained lawns. This is a long-term opportunity with growth potential for the right person.

 Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 1–3 lawn care technicians on daily routes
• Operate and maintain commercial-grade equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Ensure quality standards, job completion, and safety on every site
• Communicate with clients professionally when needed
• Handle route planning and job documentation using a smartphone
• Assist with training new crew members
• Drive company trucks and trailers to job sites

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Experience leading a crew in lawn care or landscaping
• Comfortable working in Florida heat and outdoor conditions
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended hours
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Must have a smartphone for time tracking and job updates
